What does a consultation consist of?

Consultations are tailor made to suit individual needs, but an initial consultation generally takes two hours to allow a proper assessment of the issues to be worked on.

Follow-up meetings are scheduled for one hour slots, either face to face, by phone or sometimes by e-mail.

A minimum commitment of 4-6 hours is usually recommended to see real improvements and lasting benefits.
